Meet Toya! Toya is a 13 yr old, 6 lb. female Chihuahua. She is very shy, unsure, but a sweet girl. She is pee pad trained, but will give cues to go outside as well. She gets along with cats and low key dogs. Toya shows evidence of neglect and trauma, but is slowly healing and learning to trust.
