Meet Topeka She is a 9 1/2-year-old Chihuahua (age corrected from prior post) who came to us in partnership with a local shelter,  More to come as we get to know this precious senior lady!  Our dogs cannot be adopted outside New Castle County, DE prior to spay/neuter.
