Meet Tessa! Tessa is a 4-year-old, 17 lb., female Bichon sweetheart who is ready to leave her past behind and find the loving family she deserves. This gentle girl loves being close to her people and will happily rest her head on your lap for pets and cuddles. She gets along wonderfully with children and other dogs and walks nicely on a leash. Like many dogs from a puppy mill, she’s a little shy around new sounds and places, but her confidence grows every day. Tessa is doing well with her potty training and just needs a consistent routine, a little extra time on her walks, and a patient family to help her continue succeeding. She’s been spayed, current on vaccines, microchipped and is ready for her forever home. If you’re looking for a loyal, loving companion who will always want to be by your side, Tessa is waiting to meet you.
