House 🏠 broken?: Mostly trained to potty pad, working on outside too
Crate trained? He doesn’t love it and would rather be with someone but will settle down if everyone leaves the house. He doesn’t enjoy being in it at night. He would rather sleep in your bed.
Leash trained?: yes
Travel well in the 🚗?: likes to have someone next to him but does fine. No car sickness

Anything special/unique that would make your foster pup stand out? He picks things up pretty quick and knows sit, down, stay, and is working on heel. He loves to sleep next to you and sleeps through the whole night! Teddy also gets zoomies and will run laps around the house. Unlike alot of little dogs, he’s not a yapper and doesn’t bark really at all. He has such a goofy personality and is really just a great little dog. He is pretty low key and just wants to snuggle with you. He loves to be cradled like a baby.
The red mark on his forehead is not an injury of any kind, he was surrendered to Cecil Co. Animal Services and the red appears to be marker/paint.
