Hey there! My name is Cutie Patootie and I’m an 8-year-old ShihTzu. I was a puppy mill mama and had babies all my life. The rescue came and got me from the farm and now I have a chance to get a loving home like all my babies did. It’s finally my big chance! I am very sweet but do take a bit to warm up. I’ve been through a lot but always look to a brighter tomorrow. Once I know I can feel safe, my loving personality will surface. I’m almost housebroken at my foster family’s house.
