Meet Skipper! Skipper is a 10 year old Bichon Frise who came to us after life at a puppy mill.  Now he is retired & looking for his first forever home!  He is a total love, gets along with other dogs & shows no interest in cats.  He’s learning to trust people & working on house training. Skipper enjoys petting & wants to be with his person.  He is current on vaccines and will be neutered & microchipped prior to adoption.
