Meet adoptable Sergei! This handsome gent is a Parson Russell Terrier mix estimated to be 5-years-old. He is neutered, microchipped, Heartworm negative and current on vaccinations. Sergei came to us from an animal cruelty seizure on behalf of a local shelter we partner with. When Sergei first came to rescue, he kept his head down and was confused by the new sounds and smells. He was welcomed into a foster home where he slowly got comfortable and learned not all humans want to hurt him.
He spends his current days playing with 3 young children varying in ages from 1 to 5 years old. Sergei seems to love attention from the kids…and he gets plenty! He has a history of doing well with both dogs and cats. His present foster home has several dogs and he’s blended into the pack as a newbie with no issues. Sergei is house trained but will need to continue a regular potty schedule to ensure success at his furever home. If you’re looking for a family-friendly medium sized dog, you have met your match!
