Welcome Ruby Jem! Ruby is an 12-month-old, female, 25 lb., mixed breed puppy who came to us through one of our local shelter partners.
Ruby is a little love bug. She would do best in a home with other playful dogs. Size doesn’t matter. I think a home where is is the only dog, she would be sad / lonely.
She adores men! She will warm up and love any females in the house.. just takes a little time.
She doesn’t seem fond of children. Working on this.
Loves to take walks / hikes. She will go for miles and is amazing on her leash.
She is getting better w/ house breaking.
She is crate trained.
She loves to snuggle on the couch while you watch TV or your lap (if you work from home).
If she is allowed to sleep in bed with you, it is under the covers snuggled up tight.
She LOVES car rides.
No food aggression at all.
Love hard chew toys / deer antlers.
Not fazed by our feral cat that hangs out around the yard.
