PLEASE NOTE – Fosters with our rescue have 2 weeks to decide if they wish to “foster fail” and adopt the pup in their care.
Rosie Posie is a sweet, smart, energetic young gal (still) looking for her forever home. Her foster describes her as a perfect mix of adventurous, playful spirit and snuggle bug! She loves being outdoors, and has enjoyed several camping trips. An active, outdoorsy adopter who will spend time exploring with her would make her beautiful brown eyes sparkle! While seeing dogs out and about on a leashed walk causes her some anxiety, after a respectful, proper introduction to new canine friends she’ll gladly play a good game of chase. After an adequate amount of exercise for a young pup, she’s happy to curl up in a cozy spot and chew her favorite bone before settling in for a nap. Rosie has met many kids and loved all of them who want to return her abundant affection! She would do best with kids a bit older due to her energetic nature. This girl rides nicely in the car, but is happier about the destination than the ride itself. She sleeps soundly in her crate, but wouldn’t mind keeping her people company in bed.
Rosie loves all people, and is seeking an adopter who understands that part of dog ownership is patience and training. She’s still learning her manners and leash walks are a work in progress. Rosie is currently working with a trainer. She’s also almost completely house broken, with a once in a while accident.
Rosie is 10 months old, already microchipped, spayed, and up to date on her vaccines as well as on regular preventatives.
