Welcome Roscoe! Roscoe is a 15 year old, 9.5 lb., male, long haired Chihuahua who came to us through one of our local shelter partners. He is a very sweet boy who appears hard of hearing & gets along well with other dogs. Roscoe is up to date on shots and will be neutered & microchipped prior to adoption.
