Meet Rio! This adorably chubby girl is a 6 year old, 13 lb. Chihuahua who came to us as an owner surrender. Her owner has dementia and sadly was unable to care for Rio any longer. Rio is up to date on shots, microchipped & spayed. She gets along well with other dogs. She’s house trained and would do well in quiet home.
