Meet Rio! This adorable girl is a 6 year old, 13 lb. Chihuahua who came to us as an owner surrender through no fault of her own. Sadly, her owner has dementia and was no longer able to care for her. Rio is up to date on shots, microchipped & spayed. She gets along well with other dogs, is house trained and would do well in quiet home.
