Please welcome Phoebe!  Phoebe is a one-year-old Bassett Hound/English Bulldog mix (what a mix!) who came to us as an owner surrender through no fault of her own.  She is super sweet, loves everyone she meets and full of playful energy!  Phoebe gets along great with other dogs, cats & kids.  She is spayed & up to date on her shots.  This fun loving gal needs a new home and family!
