Say hello to Pepper! Pepper is a 4 year old female beagle mix who is spayed & up to date on vaccines. She needs a special someone who is patient to give her affection and more training. Pepper is about 45 pounds and very strong! She loves to sniff in the yard or on walks. Sniffing is her favorite thing. She is playful with other animals like dogs and cats. She does not realize her strength so young children may get knocked down if Pepper greets them excitedly. She is house and crate trained and does not mind being in her crate. When the house is calm, she is calm. But she can get anxious when alone or if there is a lot of activity in the home. She is healthy with no medical problems. Pepper is a very vocal dog and barks to communicate. She can be destructive if left unsupervised. Her original family adopted her from a rescue two years ago and she requires more time than they can give her. She needs a new home for her where she can get additional training and attention. The right home for Pepper is with a person or family that has some time to devote to helping her learn and training her to be a calm happy dog.
