Say hello to Ozzy! Ozzy came to us in partnership with a local shelter. He is a 5-year-old Shih Tzu mix. He is known to get along with other dogs & supposedly cats. More info to come as we get to know this little guy! Our dogs cannot be adopted outside the New Castle County, DE area prior to spay/neuter.
