Say hello to Oscar!  Oscar is a 2 1/2 year old Chihuahua mix who came to us through one of our local shelter partners.  This 9 lb. little cutie is up to date on shots and will be neutered & microchipped prior to adoption.  Oscar just loves kids!  He was so happy to be around them at our recent adoption event!
