Meet Olive, a 2-year-old, 8 lb., spayed female “Cavapoo” which term is often used when crossing a Cavalier King Charles and a Bichon Frise. Olive comes to us through no fault of her own. Olive’s former family is going through a change in life circumstances and they’re devastated.
Olive has a history of resource-guarding with things of value like dog food. She must be fed separately. Olive needs a home where she can essentially be the center of someone’s world. Her former home included a work-from-home parent so someone was always home. She has a history of not doing well around female dogs. As a result, we are seeking a family who may have just an altered male dog or even no dogs at all. She has not been assessed around cats so we don’t know.
Olive has been around children but older kids who would understand her needs would be required. She is current on vaccines & microchipped.
