Meet Odie!
Odie, 2.5 year old, neutered, male Lab mix, 60 lbs.
Any special medical 🏥 needs?: none!
Dog 🐶 friendly?: yes, with a proper introduction. He has been living with another male dog his size for the past 2 years. His new foster sister is a friendly, playful dog slightly smaller than him and it’s going well so far!
Cat 🐱 friendly?: unknown, owner says he seems to have a small animal prey drive but we have not tested him
Kid friendly?: older dog savvy kids due to his size and energy level. He tends to jump when he’s excited so toddlers may get inadvertently knocked over
House 🏠 broken?: yes!
Crate trained?: yes!
Leash trained?: needs work, he tends to pull excitedly on a leash. Training would be very beneficial
Travel well in the 🚗?: yes
Energy level (on a scale of 1-10, 1 being total couch 🥔, 10 the energizer 🐰): about a 7/10, he needs playtime and exercise daily
Fenced yard required?: not required but definitely preferred
Ideal family dynamic/living situation: an active owner/family who would spend time helping Odie get his energy out via play/walks and commit to basic obedience training
Favorite toys 🧸 🎾 and activities: playing ball/frisbee outside and snuggling with his human after
