PLEASE NOTE: Fosters have 14 days to decide if they wish to “foster fail” and adopt their foster dog.
Just look at those ears! This sweet little girl is named Mouse and she is an approx. 2.5 year old French Bulldog mix. She came to us from a neglect case in partnership with one of our local shelter partners. Mouse is such a loving soul and she craves to be with her humans.
If you are looking for a velcro dog, Mouse is your girl. She loves to take walks and be at your side during any activity. She can’t get enough of fluffy soft blankets and enjoys playing with toys. Since Mouse comes from very humble beginnings, her ideal home would consist of being the only dog. She will continue to flourish with one on one time with her humans. She gets along with all dogs big and small. She has shown no interest in the resident guinea pig. Mouse sleeps through the night in her crate with no objections.
Due to enduring food insecurity, Mouse is very food motivated and needs continued gentle guidance with her manners. Mouse is so very smart and quickly responds to correction. Mouse has been to the vet for her check up and will be spayed & microchipped prior to adoption. Mouse has a beautiful coat and is slightly underweight. The vet says gaining one pound would put her in ideal condition.
