Mo

MO IS CURRENTLY ON MEDICAL HOLD!

PLEASE NOTE:  Fosters have 14 days to decide if they wish to “foster fail” and adopt their foster dog!

If you are looking for a loyal, loving, adorable lap dog…well, look no further than Mo! Mo is a super sweet, active, 11 pound, 2.5 year old Chihuahua who sadly found his way to the shelter. Whereas Mo is overall very healthy, he will be undergoing heartworm treatment, followed by a neuter. Mo gets along well with other small dogs in his home but should be in a household with no cats. Mo is happy to run and play outside in the yard, but equally happy to curl up on the sofa with you and watch TV. He walks well on a leash and is good in the car. He is housebroken and knows to “ask” to go outside. He is very protective over the people he deems as “his” family but will just grumble if trying to put on the tough guy routine. If you know the breed, it checks out, lol. If you are interested in learning more about Mo, the rescue is happy to put you in contact with his foster mom in Maryland. He will be on medical hold for approximately 2-3 months until his heartworm treatment and neuter are complete.
