Say hello to Louie!! Louie came to us as an owner surrender. This little guy is a 4-year-old, Border Collie mix (we think) who is neutered and up to date on shots. He is a smart fella, know some commands like sit, stay & he is house trained. Louie is good with other dogs but would do better with older kids. And for whatever reason he doesn’t really like men. Unfortunately, we don’t know much about his background but he is a playful little guy who is looking for a new chance in life!
