LEO IS NOW PENDING ADOPTION!

Welcome Leo! Leo came to us through one of our local shelter partners when his owner passed a Leo is a 15-year-old Chihuahua who weighs 9.2-lbs. He came to us in partnership with Cecil County Animal Services as a transfer when his human dad sadly passed away. Leo is absorbing all these new smells, people and environments but is coming around! Leo is dog-friendly and evaluated well around cats. He’s a quiet fella who enjoys human attention, like all dogs. He thrives for it and will watch you instinctively to see if he can find a way to make you smile!

Please don’t let his age deter you. We had a full bloodwork panel performed at our vet and he is healthy! No significant findings were seen.
