Meet Herliza – or just Liza for short! She is a 3 year old, female Chihuahua mix weighing in at 16 lbs., who came into rescue via one of our shelter partners.
It’s hard to believe that Liza was found as a stray – she is the sweetest dog you ever did see! Liza loves everyone she meets and greets everyone with hugs and affection. She is the definition of a lapdog and wants to be with a human as much as possible to cuddle and give kisses.
Liza does well with dogs her size, and enjoys playing the residents in her foster home as well as any toy that squeaks. She does well on a leash and also enjoys running around in a fenced in yard. Liza will tolerate a crate as long as humans are out of sight, and sleeps through the night no problem (though given the chance she absolutely would prefer to snuggle in the humans bed with them).
Liza is spayed, current on shots, microchip prescription and up to date on flea/tick/heartworm preventative.
