Welcome back Henry! This sweet little guy was adopted almost three years ago but due to a divorce, he is back with us. He also lost an eye at some point due to a neurological issue but still handles life okay. He LOVES other small dogs & really enjoys being part of a pack.
Henry is a 9-year-old, neutered, Schipperke/Chihuahua mix who is up to date on shots & microchipped. He is house trained but needs to be on a strict schedule. He can go all night without any accidents but suffers from some separation anxiety if left alone too long which can lead to an accident during the day. His foster family is working with him on this but ideally, someone retired or who works from home would be best. He’d also do best with older children as he is not a fan of the sudden movements of little kids.
This boy is also very food motivated so watch out! He will snatch food anytime if given the chance! He hates the crate but Henry is a lap dog who would love to be the center of someone’s world. His world has been turned upside down but he is ready for a new furever home & spend the rest of his years safe, secure & loved! Please consider giving him a chance!
