Meet Happy! He’s a sweet 4-month-old Whippet mix available for adoption. Happy is currently being fostered in a home with other dogs. He can be a bit bashful and it may take a few minutes for him to warm up. Once does, he’ll be your best bud! Happy seems to bond with people fairly quickly once he feels safe and will become your shadow. His foster mom tells us that he absolutely loves to cuddle! Because of his temperament, we think he could easily acclimate to a home with cats or children, if necessary.
Happy is currently 14-lbs. and will grow to be a medium-sized dog. He had a rough start in life and was abused prior to coming to us. He is missing a small part of his ear which was cut and the end of his tail is gone. We think it adds to his undeniable charm. He is the epitome of a true survivor who hasn’t let humanity break his spirit.
Our goal is to give Happy a reason to be happy. He will be neutered, microchipped and current on all age-appropriate vaccines prior to official adoption.
