Gritty – 6-month-old, male American Foxhound/Lab mix, currently 30 lbs.
Full grown size – large, likely 65 lbs.+
Any special medical 🏥 needs?: neutered & current on age appropriate vaccines
Dog 🐶 friendly?: yes, loves other dogs
Cat 🐱 friendly?: unknown
Kid friendly?: yes, but all kids should be supervised with pets. He’s still in the mouthy/jumpy puppy stage
House 🏠 broken?: almost, definitely needs a routine to progress
Crate trained?: does well in his crate
Leash trained?: still young & working on it
Travel well in the 🚗?: yes
Energy level (on a scale of 1-10, 1 being total couch 🥔, 10 the energizer 🐰): 8, needs exercise & play like all puppies
Fenced yard required?: yes
Ideal family dynamic/living situation: any family with the patience and commitment to continue basic training and give him the time & attention needed
Favorite toys 🧸 🎾 and activities: any toys or anything he decides is a toy
Anything special about your foster pup that would make them stand out: leads with his tongue. Very playful and loves people!
