Welcoming Gracie to rescue! Gracie is a 9-year-old Labradoodle who came to us from a local shelter. At 35 pounds, she is a great medium-sized dog. She was surrendered when her former owner suddenly fell ill. Gracie is spayed, microchipped, current on vaccinations and house trained. We just got her teeth cleaned at the vet so they are nice and pearly for her furever family! She has a history of doing well with dogs, cats and children.
Gracie is low-energy and prefers to sleep at your feet or cuddle up next to you. She doesn’t have much interest in toys. She would thrive best in a home where someone will be home most of the day. She is working through some separation anxiety. Overall, Gracie is healthy and tested negative for Heartworms. She does have slightly elevated kidney levels which is common for a dog this age. Our vet has placed her on a prescription diet.
