Welcoming Frankie to rescue. Due to personal reasons, Frankie has been transferred to RR. She is incredibly loved and well cared for. Frankie is a special girl and must be the only pet in the home. After careful consideration, we agree she needs to thrive as the only pet due to past circumstances beyond her control. No other animals. Frankie is 3 years old and will be 4 years old in August.

Frankie is a Shih Tzu/Bichon Frisé mix. She is spayed, microchipped and current on vaccinations. Frankie would do best with someone home a lot, maybe someone retired or owners with alternating work schedules.
