Emery is a beautiful, 4-year-old, spayed Hound mix. She’s being treated, as she is Heartworm positive. The rescue is covering this cost. She’s a sweet girl with an endearing personality learning for the first time what it’s like to be a family member.
From her recent foster – “Emery has been at our house about 3 weeks, she has never gotten on any furniture, would not even get on the bed if encouraged. Tonight I found her like this – sound asleep for 3 hours. Emery is VERY sweet. The other dogs love her. When she first came to live with us, I don’t think she had ever seen a T.V., bed or toys. She didn’t know what it was liked to be loved. She loves to lay out in the sun.”
