ELVIS IS NOW PENDING ADOPTION!
Well, it’s one for the money two for the show, three to get ready now go, cat, go…oops! I mean DOG!If you’re looking for a lap dog, you’ve barked up the right tree! My name is Elvis and I’m a 6 & 1/2-year-old purebred Miniature Poodle quite eager to be someone’s loving companion. Up until now, I’ve been used as a stud for breeding. I’m officially retired (hooray!) and loving all this attention as a beloved pet! I currently live in a home with my foster parents and another dog who I get along with. I’m fairly low key and I’d be good for a retired couple or recent empty nesters wanting to pour their love into a rescued pooch! Even with all the major changes in my world, this new life is kinda nice!
Home life is new for me but I’m a quick learner! I’ve mastered leash walking and stairs. I’m acclimating like a superstar and house training is a breeze. I’ve met a few neighborhood dogs without any issues. I’ve noticed new animals with long whiskers that purr. While I’m curious, I haven’t gotten close yet. My feelings about them are to be determined. I tested negative for Heartworm and Lyme disease which is great news. I’m current on vaccines, microchipped, and will be neutered as part of my adoption process.
