Say hello to Cutie Patootie! Cutie is 9-year-old Shih Tzu mix who originally came to us after life in a puppy mill. Her foster is working on getting her to come out of her shell & show us what a sweetheart she can be. She is dog friendly, spayed, up to date on vaccinations & microchipped. More updates to come.
