Welcoming Chispa to rescue! Chispa, a 6-year-old, 10 lb., female Yorkie mix. She was initially surrendered to Cecil County Animal Services due to a move. We took her in as a shelter-to-rescue transfer. She has done well in the past with other dogs and children. Cats are TBD.
Chispa will be spayed, microchipped, brought current on age-appropriate vaccines and fully vetted.
