Cecil is an 11-month-old Jack Russell Terrier mix available for adoption! We are seeking a home with no children. Cecil has a history of cohabitating well with other animals. He’s just overwhelmed by children. He’s rather charming and wouldn’t take too much room at the foot of your bed. 😁
