Welcome Bowser! Bowser comes to us as an owner surrender when, sadly, his daddy passed away and no family member could keep him. He is a 9-year-old, 17 lb., chi mix who is neutered, up to date on shots and has now had a full dental teeth cleaning. Bowser is understandably unsure of his new surroundings since his entire world has been turned upside down but he is a very sweet boy & needs a new home to call his own.
