Say hello to Balto! This handsome 2-year-old, Lab/German Shepherd mix came to us as an owner surrender. As with all our pups, we brought him to be evaluated & fully vetted. It was discovered that he has a fractured femur that was never treated and needed his leg amputated. Balto’s amazing foster has kept him healthy & happy through the procedure and through his recovery. He is now ready to find his furever family! He is dog-friendly, neutered, up to date on shots & microchipped. He gets a long great on only three legs and it doesn’t appear to slow him down at all!
