Say hello to Axel! Axel is a 14-month-old, under 30 lb., male Chi/Chow mix who came to us from one of our shelter partners. We were told that he was surrendered to the shelter because someone in the house was allergic to him. Once he settles in & we get to know his personality, we will provide some updates.
