Hi, My name is Annie!
Let me tell you a little bit about me!
I’m a hound mix and honestly not sure what my mix is, however, still very much a hound. I will sit at the door or window and hope to see something move , especially squirrels! When I finally get outside, I will chase any wild animal I see. The squirrels like to tease me but that’s ok because I like chasing them. Then I put my nose to work constantly chasing a wild smell. I’d like to think I could catch my furry friends, however, I’m getting older but I still try.
Now a little about my family, I was gifted to my Mom and Dad several years ago as a pup. I was raised with at times 3 other dogs. I play well with others, most of the time. I’m sorry to say I do not like to share toys PERIOD. I’m quite content being an only child, then I get all
the attention.
I’m spayed, house trained and really a good girl! I loved going for car rides with my dad. My life changed drastically in July. I lost both of my parents. My mom spent her last few days in bed with me close by her side. I knew something was wrong. Losing them was tuff for all of us to accept.
Presently I’m living in Maryland . My new mom and dad are gone for very long periods of time. My friend Macé and I are home alone. I would love to be with someone who can spend time with me. Laying around and napping is the best.
Oh yeah, I don’t like loud noises like firecrackers or gun shots , I may end up on your lap. I’m approximately 9 years old, around 55 lbs., super friendly, loves attention, very affectionate and can hold my bladder all day! I listen extremely well, walk well on a leash and I’m very alert when someone is coming. I like kids, but I love babies. Looking for a forever home ❤️
