It is with deep sadness tonight that we share the following:
Mr. Sparkles has crossed the Rainbow Bridge as a result of end stage liver disease. He was held in his final moments. He came to rescue a week ago as a shelter transfer. During his time with us, he was showered with love by his foster family.
We are honored that he was a part of our group for the time we had him. He was an easygoing, sweet and gentle dog but his body was worn down. His spirit will remain with us and we will find comfort in knowing he is running pain-free in heaven.
We love you, Mr. Sparkles. Rest In Peace.
