It is with complete & overwhelming sadness that we share the news about Duke. Duke came to us from Texas about 2 months ago and today was his big day! He was going from his incredibly loving foster home to meet his potential new family. During the meet & greet, Duke slipped free from his adopter and ran directly into oncoming traffic. He did not make it and has crossed the Rainbow Bridge. It is an absolute tragedy all the way around.
Rest easy, sweet Duke. Forever in our hearts. We will never forget you and hope you felt how much we loved you when you were with us.
