Welcome back Ralph (formerly Sailor)! Ralph is a 2 year old West Highland Terrier who originally came to us a year ago as part of Project Lonestar (rescue of multiple dogs from Texas). Sadly, his adopted family needed to return him. Ralph is neutered, current on shots & microchipped.
