🌟 MEET CHURCH, a 2 month old male mixed breed pup looking for his forever home!
Current weight: 12lbs
Estimated full grown size: medium/large, likely between 50-65lbs
Heartworm status: not tested due to age
Special medical 🏥 needs: needs to be neutered, will get vaccines as age appropriate, recheck corneal ulcer
Dog 🐶 friendly?: Yes
Cat 🐈 friendly?: Unknown
Kid friendly?: Yes
Youngest age of children you’d recommend: any age with supervision
House 🏠 broken?: Work in progress
Crate trained?: Yes, Will go in and take a nap on his own and goes in on his own when told to crate up when it is bed time or I have to go out.
Leash trained?: Not at this time
Travel well in the 🚗?: Yes, after the first couple of minutes
Energy level (on a scale of 1-10, 1 being total couch 🥔, 10 the energizer 🐰): 10 when first coming out of the crate then settles to around a 6
Fenced yard required?: Yes, he likes to wander when his nose hits the ground.
Ideal family dynamic/living situation: Active family with another dog to play would be great!
Favorite toys 🧸 🎾 and activities: Balls of any shape or size, stuffies and bones. Church loves to have the balls thrown for him in the yard and chasing after the other dogs as they are running around. Inside he is good with playing with his stuffies or chewing on a bone.
Anything special/unique that would make your foster pup stand out? Although he is a very active little guy he does love his down time and will bark at you when he wants to be picked up and put in your lap for a nice long nap. He is also very vocal when he wants something that he can’t get to or when it is time to eat and you are taking to long to put it down. Although he enjoys the company and playing with the 2 big dogs in his foster home, he will search the humans down if you are out of his eyesight. In the house, he will follow you from room to room. Church is current on age appropriate shots and will be neutered & microchipped prior to adoption. So if you are looking for an independent yet Velcro dog, Church is the pup for you!!!
