Meet Willie! Willie is a Yorkie/Miniature Poodle (“Yorkipoo”) mix. He is 14-months-old, neutered, house trained, and crate trained. Seeking a home with no small children. He lived a horrible life prior to initially coming to rescue, living outside in a dilapidated wooden hutch with his brother. They were adopted out together in 2016 but Willie had been exhibiting some adverse behaviors – both dogs have been surrendered back to us, per our adoption contract guidelines. His brother, Toby, has been adopted so now it’s Willie’s turn! He is very outgoing & loves to eat up all the attention! His current foster is a professional dog trainer & has seen NO signs of aggression. We are told that they bark at other dogs while leashed & on walks but do wonderfully off leash at the local dog park. History with cats is unknown. He is truly a sweetheart who would do great with an active family.
